A great place to work.
Pros
The culture at Talos360 is excellent. There aren’t the silo’s that exist in a lot of companies, which make cross team working difficult. My experience at Talos is the opposite. Cross team networking is encouraged, and it works. The whole company works together toward clear and attainable goals - not pie-in-the-sky type ones so many companies set their employees. If you're considering joining the marketing team: The output over these years has been phenomenal, especially for such a small team. The level of teamwork, collaboration, support and ingenuity is a credit to each individual, but mostly to the leadership team, who’ve helped foster it. All-in-all, Talos360 is a great place to work. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Cons
In the absence of any real cons, but not wanting to leave this box blank, I'll air just the one... At about 3.16 pm everyday in the office, the air con nose dives into the minuses. So, a word of advice, always have a parker and fingerless gloves ready to don. On the flip side, and after careful consideration, this phenomena could just be one experienced by me, since my colleague never seemed to mind. He'd often have the window open too.
