Pros

TapMango is an incredible company to work for, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive throughout. The industry is genuinely fun to work in. Merchants are curious to learn from loyalty experts (the TapMango team) and put a lot of trust into the company, which makes the day-to-day really rewarding. The whole team is smart and willing to help both other team members and merchants succeed. You can also tell that Leadership and the C-suite truly care, they're always invested in the business's success, whether that means personally hopping on calls with merchants, getting into product development, or anything in between. Would highly recommend working here if you get the opportunity to!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. My experience was genuinely positive throughout.

Pros

TapMango offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees feel genuinely valued. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and invested in employee success. There are great opportunities to learn and grow, especially for those who are proactive and eager to develop their skills. The company is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting, and you get exposure to different industries and clients. Team culture is a big highlight everyone is willing to help and celebrate each other’s wins.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity or the need to adapt quickly. The fast-paced environment may not be ideal for those who prefer a more structured or predictable workflow.

Pros

- Real autonomy - you're trusted to own your work and run with ideas without micromanagement - Collaborative, tight-knit teams that support each other - Fully remote with flexibility - Leadership is accessible and open to hearing ideas

Cons

- Smaller teams can sometimes feel stretched a little thin (Positive side-effect is layoffs don't happen)

Thank you for this! Autonomy, collaboration, and accessible leadership are things we work hard to get right, so it's really great to hear those are landing well. We hear you on teams feeling stretched at times. It's something we're mindful of as we grow, and your point about investing in professional development is well taken. Helping our people grow is just as important as growing the business. Thanks for being part of the team!
