      Pros

      WLB is quite good at TapResearch.

      Cons

      Things that you can expect from an small startup: - not well defined tasks - a lot of tech debt - lack of processes (this could also be good)

      Pros

      The company is solving problems for both sides of our business (Supply and Demand) and moves very quickly to accommodate the needs of our clients and potential clients. Leadership is top-notch, transparent, understanding, and wants what is best for our clients and employees on an individual level. Feedback is taken seriously from all levels, I have seen my feedback work its way up to multiple levels of management and be taken into account in specific areas.

      Cons

      We pivot in different directions at a fast pace based on the industry and what is best for our clients/business but this makes working here an exciting experience. If you prefer the same exact thing every day you may see this as a con.

      Pros

      Tap's culture is great! The founders are transparent about the company's goals/objectives and how each team member can impact our success. They give credit where it is due and have a vision of how to continue our company's high growth trajectory.

      Cons

      Only cons are general startup growing pains. Working at a growing company requires creativity, flexibility, and great work ethic. I appreciate that given the startup culture, I am able to impact my team's processes and strategies.
