      Pros

      The leadership team is engaged and passionate about growth at Tark, and the strive to share that passion with the rest of the company. Pay and benefits are great - fair market pay, bonuses, paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation, and more.

      Cons

      Training could be better - everyone is trained, the timing and the thoroughness of training is not consistent.

      Pros

      Great working environment and the people are a pleasure to work with. Servant leadership style management. Easy to perform my job without micro-management. Flexible schedules, bonuses and profit sharing. CEO (& owner) is a man of great integrity whose desire is for his company and all his employees to succeed and grow!

      Cons

      Health insurance is more expensive than larger companies. Thankfully Tark pays a major portion.
