Pros
Mostly good people, basic but good benefits, enjoy my role, on-site parking, flexible working, decent pay.
Cons
A few pockets of people stuck in the mud and not wanting to change, old campuses mostly and not a lot of engageMent around the place but I can see things slowly changing.
