      Pros

      The teams at Taurus really care about the dogs and eachother. Its hard work but when we have the right people we can really thrive together. The company has constantly changed, taken feedback and grown over the years. Its a great place to create a career path and not just a job to pay bills.

      Cons

      Sometimes change is a slow process, seeing results more quickly would be a big improvement.
