Pros
Strong ownership and exposure to end-to-end product design. Designers get opportunities to work directly with founders, clients, and developers across multiple SaaS products instead of being limited to UI execution. The team encourages learning, experimenting with AI tools, design systems, and modern product workflows. If you enjoy solving complex UX problems and wearing multiple hats, you'll learn a lot in a relatively short time.
Cons
As with many growing design consultancies, priorities can shift quickly and resource planning is still evolving. Managing multiple projects simultaneously can sometimes affect work-life balance. Some internal processes and documentation could be more mature to improve predictability and reduce context switching.
