      Teaching environment you learn a lot and you become better on the english skills

      Low salaries, small perks and there salary increasing is just a few dollars not what you would expect

      training, remote, nice co-workers/friendly environment.

      Cons

      they will ask you to do the job of 3 different positions as 1 agent. I do not recommend it.
