      Nice people to work with. Easy to learn and opportunities to move into sales position or other positions within the company

      Long work hours sometimes depending if you have another reliable receptionist.

      Pros

      Accomplishing great things, building an amazing company, being a part of something special. Genuine teamwork, and advancement is almost guaranteed if you work hard. Really great pay if you produce.

      Cons

      It's alot of hard work. No shortcuts, and no excuses. Only people who genuinely want to win will succeed here. Thin staff to keep costs low.

      Upper management does not listen or tells us to ask someone else for certain situations but overall is helpful.
