      Pros

      Good benefits for full time employees. Sales Representative are nice to work with. There is overtime available. Pay is fair. I made 11 per hr. In embroidery dept. Burt and Herb will do their best to help you and hear you out with problems.

      Cons

      Not enough supervision by management on production floor. There is no run to move up in this company. NO Raises, they will find some reason you dont deserve one.
