Leadership is very supportive and culture is amazing. Interesting clients and plenty of growth opportunties if you are smart & diligent.

Cons

Benefits could be stronger (expl. 401K match) and deadlines can be demanding (but this is no news in finance/ accounting).

What sets TeamPeople apart from other media and media-staffing companies are their people behind the scenes. The team at headquarters are exceptional — supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of both their clients and their contract staff. I have worked for TeamPeople both as a member of the HQ staff, and as someone placed in-house with a client. In both instances I always felt seen, backed, and part of something bigger. While their approach to client relationships can be refreshingly flexible, they never lose sight of more 'traditional' employer values. They trusted their people, provided meaningful support and education, and stood by their team. I would work for them again in a heartbeat, and wouldn't hesitate to recommended them either as an employer or a vendor.

The benefits package could be a little more robust.
