      Pros

      Branch management is now primarily comprised of former technicians that support their teams on multiple levels. They fully understand the complications that come with working in the field and would never ask the technicians to do something that they would not do or have not done. All new leadership, from the Field Manager level all the way up to the CEO, has transformed this organization into an employer of choice. The employees are family, and every family has a few eccentric members, but that is what makes life interesting and the culture great!

      Cons

      Lunch is not catered daily, technicians are not permitted to wear flip-flops while on a job site, and they expect you to do your job correctly. Obviously, this is satire, there are no real cons.
