      Great perks and co-workers, but we don't have electricity in the office yet

      Pros

      - Funny, motivated co-workers - Mission is exciting - Fist Fight Fridays are a blast - You can pick any email address you want - Had an awesome office dog before the incident

      Cons

      - They have not installed electricity. We plug our computers into a single, gas-powered generator that requires frequent re-fueling - There are no windows in the office yet (there are large, open spaces where windows should be), so it gets quite cold - Large birds of prey frequently land on my desk - A muscular Russian man shows up periodically to ask for rent money

      Worst paid festival leave policy I've EVER experienced

      Positive, young environment. Clear vision. You make REAL CHANGE. I thought I was walking into a healthy, thriving organization, but little did I know how naive I was. SHAME ON ME.

      Cons

      Days are clearly numbered. Upper management, take heed: the dissent is FEST-ering. YOU WILL NEVER be competitive with your archaic paid festival leave policy. Flexibility to leave once a month for Burning Man, Bonnaroo, Electric Wonderland, Ultra, Dingbat, Little Flower Big Heart, Stinkfire, or Uncle Kracker's Week of Magic (Where Everything is All Right) is MASSIVELY LACKING. No written policy on taking time off for festivals or teleworking.
