      The decision-making process is fast Managers know a lot of people from similar businesses Managers know a lot of people from any areas that could benefit business, and use these connections

      Cons

      The firing process takes 1 day, with no particular reason (that's literally what they told me) You can't figure out who's responsible for what Every decision may be questioned the next day
