Pros

Benefits package improves more and more every year. FINALLY, a 401K and the Company continues to contribute to retirement whether employee contributes or not. A Professional Executive and Management Team who communicates and treats employees fair and consistent. Safety, productivity, quality and customer focused. I've seen several employee's promoted within.

Cons

Need a better or a 5S program in place.
