Technik upper management are great people. They listen to their employees and support them when they need it. The smaller size allows them to know the people who work for them. I would Join them again anytime.
Cons
Much of their work is contract based so their can be a limit on the duration of some of the positions.
This did not impact any one working on the contract that I was working with them on.
