Pros
It's rare to find a work place where you are valued and treated as an equal. Tecton not only offers a positive and inclusive work environment, but also flexibility and a healthy work/life balance. Here, you are given an opportunity to share your voice in a collaborative setting and in turn your ideas/suggestions are listened to.
Cons
The only con I can think of is there is room for more focus on employee diversity.

Pros
Collaborative environment where the team works hard together. Flexibility on the part of staff to support deadlines is met by flexibility to support your own life and needs. The expectations for the industry are tough, but firm leadership genuinely cares about each individual and actively pursues ways to improve and grow the firm and its staff. Staff of 50 is a good size to know everyone, but without the small "family" drama.
Cons
Managers are held to a high standard, which can lead to a challenging workload.
