      Pros

      Being able to have a flexible schedule and put family first and not have to worry about a job as it will be there.

      Cons

      They could do better at recognizing job description to what you really do day to day and update title's to what the employee actually does

      Pros

      Tectran has been a great experience in my professional life. I have been given plenty of opportunities to try new things and advance my experience and career. Management has been very supportive towards my personal and professional goals and I have been able to grow and shape my career through their guidance. There is great work/life balance and plenty of opportunity to work closely with management and make a difference with the work you do.

      Cons

      At times when employees are difficult to find you may have to take on additional tasks.
