      Overall a good company to work for. Good wages, good teams to work with. Benefits paid for entirely by company and work/life balance is important.

      Cons

      Like any small company there are some learning and growing pains.

      Great small company with paid benefits. Company has a number of employee engagement plans like Motivosity, Peer Advisors, and career paths.

      Cons

      Company offers a profit-sharing plan but never pays out. Company is profitable but owner keeps all the money for himself.

      Our employee Profit Share Bonus was established in 2021. Since the plan was established we have paid our employees a bonus 2 out of the 3 payment periods. We have always shared our financials with employees and do not keep or hide profits.

      Work-life balance and benefits. Ownership takes care of their employees and allows everyone to contribute to the creative development process.

      Cons

      Focus on Secretary of State business and don't have a wide variety of products.
