Homemade weekly catered lunch Startup environment where employees have a huge part in the growth of the company as well as themselves. Excellent benefits with employee in mind. Great time off policy Great work/life balance CEO is a great guy with a goal to help each person reach their full potential.

Cons

Can be stressful at times with work load.

The major advantage is that I get to work with some of the smartest guys in the industry :) I'm constantly learning from my coworkers. Also James Greene the owner is just the coolest guy in the world. For someone so smart he really is very kind and humble. Seriously I love this guy!! My skills as a tech as well as the variety of equipment I get to touch and work with has skyrocketed sense I started working here. This is an organization that truly treats it's employees like gold as far as I'm concerned we all have it made. This is truly my dream job they will have to drag me kicking and screaming if they ever want me to leave ;)

Cons

Sometimes we run out of free snacks.
