Pros
Got to work with some really great people despite leadership woes. Conveniently located near University of Tampa, downtown.
Cons
Unfair treatment between senior management and rest of the team. No support from senior management. Inappropriate and lewd comments made by VP to multiple team members with no repercussions from the CEO despite being brought to his attention. No strategic direction and terrible communication. You do all the work while the VP and his pals get all the glory. Like working in a frat house! The most hostile environment I've ever worked in.

Pros
The location, building, view, surroundings are all very lovely. Many great food options close by. Great night life area for post work dining and or clubbing.
Cons
This is a VERY small office with a huge personnel turnover issue. Until they address the cause, they will remain stagnant.
