Pros
This is my first full-time job, and I couldn't be happier.
Colleagues are very friendly and supportive, and I have been given a tremendous amount of help in kick-starting my career and developing my skills in a fascinating industry.
Being able to pursue a degree apprenticeship was a brilliant opportunity, I learned so much and was able to come away with a BSc at the end of it!
I have also found work-life balance to be very good here, with flexible management and a drive to ensure employees are happy.
Cons
Very good overall, though communication can be a bit lacking in some areas.
