      Pros

      Great work environment, lot's of room for growth, and lot's of room for growth! I have learned so much, not only with this business but with my personal self. Management provides an over-whelming amount of motivation and trust, it only makes you strive more and more. Can't forget about the commission. Work hard and you will be a happy camper. TRUST me!

      Cons

      Deadlines can be a bit much, but working with such a close knit team, your problem is there problem and we always solve it.

      Pros

      -Location (lots of places to eat near by) - GREAT commission checks harder you work the more $ you make! - medical/dental/vision -Growing company (Room for growth) -Dedicated determined managers who want to see you succeed and grow

      Cons

      Parking can be annoying BUT they are working on getting us more spots. (very rarely)

      Pros

      There is a lot of growth potential in this company and I've seen a lot of people get promoted and grow within the company. It's also a very exciting business to be in because you get to work with a lot of brands, celebrities, people and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Crowded office and difficult parking, long hours, need more break rooms and private rest areas.
