      - You get to work with cutting edge technologies. - Managers and upper management always encourage you to innovate and back you. - People are very professional. - Healthy work environment.

      I have not found any cons yet. You get a lot of time to work on yourself and improve your skill set

      Pros

      They are complied with the payments, they do not make discounts, they deliver a computer to work.

      Cons

      They don't pay overtime, they don't respect time off or vacation time/honey moon. There is no final settlement upon retirement. From eight years, I only received 2 bonuses per year.

      Some siloed territoriality from “the way it has always been done” Limited training resources to get new people up to speed in an organized or consistent fashion
