Pros

I feel that Telmar has the balance between productivity, professional development, skills adoption and work/life balance. We have monthly Town Hall meetings, weekly CEO Open Door sessions, company wide transparent objectives and a positive supportive work culture. This is so important in a 100% distributed team setting - and Telmar have the balance and provision just right.

Cons

No cons that I am aware of - I really enjoy working here.
