Great group of people to work with, I have personally made many friends within the company, everyone is in it together. Solid compensation Very fun and interesting projects
Cons
Work/Life is in the favor of the former; expect to work overtime whenever it is deemed necessary Management can be a bit hands-on at times, though it is understandable given the size of the company

The company has many kind, capable colleagues, including younger employees with strong potential. The problem is not the teams, but upper management. The high turnover reflects a serious culture issue that needs to be addressed from the top.

A deeply unprofessional workplace with a seriously poor culture. Management operates with little accountability or respect, and the overall environment feels chaotic, disrespectful, and unacceptable for a professional setting.
