      Pros

      Supportive leaders, very pro family ,good welfare and caring organisation. You are given plenty of opportunities to perform.

      Cons

      Covid, we all have to wfh. Its better to be back with the team. New ideas takes a longer time to implement.

      Strong ethical values and a genuine desire to do right by candidates and clients - forging long-term partnerships and looking to find the long-term solution for customers as opposed to the 'quick fix' Consultative in approach and very service driven.

      Cons

      Very competitive sector and don't always perform well while working alongside multiple competitors who don't always share the same values / strong ethics.
