      Pros

      The speed of change is the biggest pro. If a proposed change has been suggested off the back of good analysis, it will be signed off for test and implemented within days. Having worked in a bigger organisation before, these changes could take weeks/months.

      Cons

      As a smaller organisation (currently <60), where bigger organisations have departments for central services (such as payroll, HR, etc), we often have individuals. This can lead to single points of failure, but we're likely to see that change as we continue to integrate into RVU (our owners).

      Pros

      The People. The team spirit created with everyone working together without personal agendas and ego's getting in the way! The business is in really good shape for the future in a market that we pretty much created and is now growing quickly! I am excited to watch this next phase of the journey.

      Cons

      Potential with the acquisition that this entrepreneurial spirit could reduce by getting distracted. Everyone should stay very focused on doing what we do but better!
