Pros

Very passionate, very dynamic company doing very interesting work on an extremely relevant industry. Working fully remote, and feeling like a valued member of a great team, and having the opportunity to make a difference on the company as a whole through your work. Constant push to evolve and keep up to date with all the latest technology stacks. Total respect and regard for work / life balance.

Cons

No direct representation on all geographies, so some administrative stuff has to be done through intermediaries (no problems so far, though).
