Pros

The company is small, and everyone pulls together to get things done when needed. The company recognizes issues and actively works on improving and addressing them. They are actively fixing any current issues they may be facing.

Cons

You may have to wear a few hats and fill gaps when needed. The growing pains are excellent growth opportunities, and I see a lot of career potential here.

Hours are a little flexable. Smaller company you get to know everyone. Benefits are great !

It is a new start up on the manfacturing side in a well established company so there are a few growing pains
