      Excellent management, Bill ran that place like the Navy when I worked there.

      Cons

      Training for service calls before you go out on your own is minimal, but that's not to blame anybody at the company. There's lots of parts on the machines that break after a while and you don't get to see them all. Even in a years span at the company I did not get to see everything that could go wrong.

      Overall a great place to work. The culture at Termac is wonderful! The owners treat employees like family. Great compensation and employee benefits. Would highly recommend working here!
