      Great company culture of collaborative problem solving, team driven solutions, and empowered employees. Honest top-down communication style and devoted to maintaining a safe workplace.

      Cons

      If working in a position doing field work, projects can be demanding and often requires travel to reach job sites. A field work positions may not be agreeable to all applicants if travel is not desirable.

      Pros

      Positive culture with intelligent employees. TerraSond has a strong sense of their core values. The emphasis is put on doing the job right and safe. Operational roles at TerraSond have a lot of variety and stay interesting rather than being stuck doing the same thing day in and day out.

      Cons

      The nature of the work calls for long hours and short notice plan changes. These things can make work/life balance something that you have to be intentional about.
