Coworkers are helpful. They treat you like family and easily to get along with. One of the best companies that care for their employees I’ve worked for.
Cons
Manager’s mind set is “my way or the Highway”. You won’t be rewarded for the effort you put it, but will be rewarded when you mishandle something.
