Pros
Lot of work opportunites abroad but controlled by your manager.
Cons
Highly disorganised & unprofessional company Hire and fire policy. Will not pay your notice period until you demand it.

Pros
Able to get along with co-workers well because all have one common enemy, Teyma "management"
Cons
The company seemed to thrive on combative relationships. Not only would Teyma treat the contractors poorly, but would also pit its own employees against each other to see who would come out on top. I felt that they saw this as competition, but it just fostered a culture of "do anything you can to get your job done, no matter how low down, unethical, or just plain wrong" it was.
