      Really driven, fun, intelligent, thoughtful teammates selling a product that has a meaningful impact. Leadership is transparent and does a great job to make this a place I want to be.

      Lots of change, but hey this is a startup, that's bound to happen

      The leadership team does a very good job listening to employee concerns and has implemented dozens of new programs over the last year to help combat the challenges of working through the stress of COVID.

      Cons

      Because ThankView is a bootstrapped startup, the compensation and benefits can be a little lower than market averages.
