      Excellent leadership development, very professional, and the atmosphere of the team and the office are not something you find everyday. It's like being with a second family!

      There are not really any downsides to this company unless you have a poor work ethic.

      Leadership is not for everyone and can be overwhelming if not enough help is asked for. Audrey does a great job of addressing questions urgently with transparency

      Very open team to talk and grow professionally and personally, which is what hook me. Their management and training program is so innovative and structured, I love their team activities.

      Cons

      Sometimes scheduling but just in the entry-level, after leadership is very straight forward.
