Pros
W2 contract but feels independent, yet supported. Very warm family vibe. Clients are amazing and focused on healing. Small, quiet, zero stress. Can make your own sched.
Cons
The fullness of the schedule fluctuates a lot. They recently bought a new spa this year, and with that came lots of changes to their business structure- I feel the client load has drastically lowered due to this. I've had to open my own practice to supplement income- yet feel that they will have a consistent full schedule again once everything settles.
