Pros
If you stick around long enough, you can find a good group of friends in your co-workers. The money gets better each year you stay too.
Cons
With the employees being young and changing as people graduated, power changed each year, which was a little confusing and inconsistent.

Pros
Boss was a great guy to work for and I enjoyed working with some of the employees; built really good relationships with them. Work wasn't too bad and was a lot of fun working with other high school/college aged students. Lot of responsibilities and freedom given to supervisors and managers.
Cons
If you weren't favored by management, you hated working here. Grew very dissatisfied with how they treated some other employees. Chose to not return at end of season.
