      - ability to take on many different roles and experience different parts of the fashion and online publishing worlds - great LES, downtown location - Upbeat and fun executives - Flexible vacation and personal time - Creative environment - For self-driven people; you can make what you want out of your position

      - Because a small startup, can lack some organization - Shifting business strategies

      Pros

      Dream office location (Nolita/Lower East Side), really great people, awesome vision, growing very quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes not super organized, but as to be expected with startup culture. You have to a little bit scrappy.
