      Close-knit group of coworkers across different teams Professional-vibe, very attentive to details Great benefits package (compare to Vietnam baseline)

      New office so everything has to start from scratch (also a pros - you get to be in all parts of company office development)

      Pros

      - fast pace culture where processes are agile so if you are looking for a typical corporate environment, this is not the place for you - TCG is growing like crazy! Recently acquired 2 companies and expanded their business into Vietnam and Dubai .. so huge growth opportunities - flat organization structure, you can connect with the leadership as they have an open door policy and if you’ve got solid ideas - they ‘will’ be considered & executed - Remote and Hybrid work policy (depending on region) - Free food (depending on Region) - Zero micromanagement (kinda subjective and depends on manager but the overall culture does not support it) - If you are willing to go an extra mile for the company, the leadership will do the same for you - Global teams, you get to collaborate with people from Europe, US, Dubai, India & Vietnam (almost everyone is good at what they do)

      Cons

      - The work can be overwhelming at times and might lead to burnout (although you get enough paid leaves but still) - Growing too fast and at times it takes a lot to keep up with the pace
