      Pros

      Some departments function more like a family unit making it a nice environment within department.

      Cons

      Stagnant wages, high-cost benefits with low coverage, antiquated managment personnel, policies and thinking. No forward thinking, always "we used to..." and "That's the way we always do it."

      So far i have had more good than bad experience.

      Pros

      The more papers you deliver, the more you get paid. You get off at the same time every day if not earlier.

      Cons

      No days off unless requested ahead of time. Not the most fun job in bad weather. Papers get delivered 365 days a year.
