Pros

Great team atmosphere and learning something new every day. Highly motivating to actually want to go into work. Really like the mentor-ship and hands on training.

Cons

If you're not motivated to be successful, than this is not the position for you.

Pros

I've worked here about two months now. It's definitely a challenge, but it's been really fun. Its performance driven which is super motivating for me! I also love the atmosphere here! It's so much fun, such high energy!

Cons

No cons really, just gotta be well motivated and willing to work hard

Pros

The one on one mentorship helped me focus on the things I could improve on and really refined my managerial techniques. This job allowed me to network with successful business owners and learn from them. I genuinely enjoyed my team there

Cons

I was unable to attend some company trips because I was oncall most of the time.
