*Project work is highly varied and rarely "cookie cutter," varying greatly from client to client - this may be a con for some.
*Generally speaking, processes, procedures, and rigid organization structure aren't ingrained across Delphi, but to me it is offset by the highly varied and unique project work and open/flexible culture. Tough to have both.
*If you value industry leading wages over industry leading experience, you may struggle at Delphi. Wages are comfortable, but are not in the top percentile of consulting salaries.
