The people. The people are the most inspiring thing about working here. Partnering with orgs like Chrysalis to hire people experiencing homelessness makes this workplace one of a kind. It will change your life. The potential impact of TGK is on the community is huge, and the customer's pay it forward stories will bring you to tears.

Cons

Young leaders lack experience for the company to reach its full potential. High turnover and limited resources to market and test products make this a place best suited for young people who are positive, resilient and work very independently and scrappy - like a startup.
