The Lab Depot is an incredible company to work for. They are a small business that’s leading the distribution market in the lab and life sciences industry. The culture is great, the management truly cares about you and wants to help you grow. It’s rare to find a company this size that is growing the way they are and that gives so much opportunity for growth.
Cons
None. If you come to work with a good attitude and a mindset that you have an opportunity to help make a big impact, you will succeed.

I have worked at this company for 2 years so far. It is, by far, the most nurturing company I have ever worked for. Management wants to see you succeed. They encourage and foster continual growth. They also have an excellent training program for new employees. The best thing about this company, no drama or politics. It is strongly discouraged.
Cons
For me, it's hard to speak to any "cons" per se as I'm very pleased with this environment.
