Pros

Management is very easy to work with, especially on smaller schools. Fairly easy job with a revamped training system that sets you up for success as long as you put in the effort. Great work environment & culture—I plan on staying here for the long haul & recommend them to all my friends if you have any interest in higher education. I came from finance and the difference is night and day for me. Just an excellent place to work overall. You do need to be willing to speak with students pretty much all day, so I think the high turnover rate is mainly due to the role sometimes not being a good fit for some people.

Cons

Pay could be slightly better but I’m hoping that moving up in enrollment brings pay advancement along with it. I think if you increased work from home for more enrollment employees you’d also have a better chance of helping people stick through it.
