Pros

Creative place to work, supportive managers and co-workers, opportunities to learn and grow. Quality conscious (made in USA), does right by the customer (4.9 google rating), and good branding. Compassionate and smart owner has a vision for future and has grown the company over the past 30 years.

Cons

Small company, so not always able to offer all the benefits or perks that a larger company can. Some growing pains around automation and efficiency. Covid hit the company hard, but we are bouncing back strong in 2022.

Pros

The Line Up has dedicated over the last year to developing it's culture and creating a fun enviroment to work in. There are dance 10 minute dance parties every afternoon, dogs in the office and frequent celebrations of accomplishments. It's a traction cimpany, which means everyone has a goal and a special project in addition to their normal job duties to help support the company's goal. This place is especially fun if you love, dance skating or fashion design. There aren't many companies in the twin cities that have that combination.

Cons

Small company so the benefits need so work. It's also a very seasonal business to the busy months can be stressful.
