Pros

Interacting with the kids is amazing, you feel like you really make a difference in their lives, and it really helps you build education skills. You'll always get help from your coach when you need it.

Cons

Some of the children you work with might have behavioral issues, and depending on where you are, they might not be able to get the help they need.
