Pros
There is room for growth, great pay and upbeat atmosphere. I would stay here until I could retire. They have made me feel like I've worked here for years and we are more like a family than anything.
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints. I've worked at previous positions before and nothing has ever quite made me feel as happy as The Local Group does. I enjoy going in everyday and seeing the people I work with!

Currently going on 12 months with The Local Group.. Couldn't ask for a better environment to learn and grow in.. Everyone from top Management to entry level are all approachable when it comes to question i have had as i continue to grow with this team.. Would recommend this company to anyone who enjoys face to face interaction with the consumer.. Personality is a must..
