Pros
- Great coworkers. - Great position, working with ACS to make change through case-specific consultation, education, training and advocacy.
Cons
- Benefits are terrible, especially if you have children or a spouse to look after. - 17 days total of PTO: 5 sick days, 2 personal, 10 vacation. If you are a person who has medical issues, this may be an issue. - Upper management is very disorganized. - Upper management does not communicate well with employees. - No solid HR department.
